    When W3 Total Cache is active I am unable to upload any images. It returns the following error;

    Post-processing of the image likely failed because the server is busy or does not have enough resources,

    or

    Post-processing of the image failed. If this is a photo or a large image, please scale it down to 2500 pixels and upload it again.

    In the media section, there is a broken image of the file uploaded, when I look within the root I can see the file has been uploaded to ther server.

    If I turn W3 Total Cache off, I can upload images without any problem at all.

    I am using Amazon as a CDN within its settings, have I misconfigured something? Is there a setting I have missed?

    Can you please share your website URL?
    When does the issue occur? WHen uploading the image when creating/editing a post or via Media Library?
    Thanks!

    hi,

    Thank you for your reply. This happens if I add directly to media library, post, or product image.

    If I turn W3 Cache off I can upload images no problem.

    Could it be a conflict with another plugin perhaps?
