Cannot upload images

    Hello,
    We have an issue that has shown up a couple of months ago and it is still an ongoing issue. On our WooCommerce store when we try to upload images on both featured image and image gallery, the upload tab doesnt load (field is completely white) and if we try to drag and drop an image to the WP gallery the image isn’t uploaded.
    We can still upload images through the WordPress Media page, and we can select them for a product featured image or gallery, but it creates an extra step for us and we do add a decent amount of new products regularily.
    We tried turning off most of the WC related plugins, but we can’t test it with a WP default theme as the site is live, quite visited, and is currently too big to create a staging version (we are using OceanWP).
    Do you have any suggestions on what might have caused this issue, as the image upload functionality worked fine before for the last year or so?

    Hi there,

    Based on the symptoms you described, the only thing that comes to mind is indeed a plugin/theme conflict that needs to be checked through a conflict test as described at https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

    If a staging staging site isn’t feasible, have you tried a conflict test by using the health-check plugin?
