Cannot upload images

  • Hi,
    I cannot seem to upload images to create a gallery. When I try to upload the images it comes up with a little yellow triangle next to the image and says there were 0 images uploaded. I tried to deactivate all plugins and change permalink structure and still doesn’t works.
