Cannot Upload Image

    When creating a Product, under Product Images, when I click browse and upload a Product and hit save, it does not show up??

  • Hi Suncorjohn,

    Are you referring to when you Edit a product?

    If so does the image show when you do the following steps:

    1) Click the grey “Choose Image” button in the Add Product Images section.
    2) In the popup, select the image(s) you want and click “Choose Image” button in the bottom right.
    3) Click the blue “Add Image” button (it should be just above the “Current Images:” italicized text).
    4) Select “Save Changes”
