cannot upload image

    on “Image horizontal reel scroll slideshow” screen under setting menu, I clicked “Add New” button, and entered the “Add new image details” screen. After I entered everything as requirement, and clicked “Save Details” button, the page displays “New image details was successfully added. Click here to view the details “, but when I clicked “here” to check if any images were uploaded, I found nothing and it was empty.

    Does anyone know the problem? Do I miss someone?

    Hello,
    I have the exact same problem.

    I developed my website locally (including the ihrrss plugin setting), then I moved it to the remote location using xCloner.

    The PHPMyAdmin version of my host, converted the links to the images into BLOB values. So, I enabled the option “Show BLOB values” and realized xCloner did not changed the URLs of the images.

    I downloaded the ihrss_plugin table, changed the links to the images using the remote addresses instead and upload again. Now the links are correct in the Database (even if still in BLOB format) but still nothing shows up.

    The problem appear on 2 sides:
    – backend: even if the correct table is present in the database, no data are shown in the plugin settings page
    – frontend: no showreel. Instead I get the “No images available in this Gallery Type. Please check admin setting.”

    Is maybe the problem related to the conversion of the links from text into blob values?
