    Not enough information in your post to know the cause.

    I would try:

    Turning off other plugins to see if there is a conflict.
    Check a Browser Developer Console for conflicts.
    Make sure your running WordPress 3.4 or later.
    Try the plugin on another install of WordPress.
    Try on another theme of WordPress.
