Cannot upload CF7 Skins Pro – ERROR

    I am receiving “The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini.” I have increased the upload size in php.ini and added define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’); to wp-config.php and still cannot upload CF7 skins pro which is 3201 KB?

    It was an accident and no need for the lashing. I had requested support and deleted the account. Everything is fine.
