cannot upload a picture

I have the image uploader setting enabled.
However, when I try to upload a picture on wise chat, the page scrolls up and I can’t attach it.
and I checked the link of the upload a picture button, the URL has been “https://myhomepageurl/#”.
The same phenomenon occurs in “attach file button” and “insert an emotion button”. if there are some problems for system , any bugs will be fixed? or do you solve it by setting etc?

According to the investigation, it seems that this phenomenon is caused by a plug-in called “VK All in One Expansion Unit”.
It works upload if disable “VK All in One”, so I guess using this plugin and “wise chat” together they something interfering with each other in the system.
Hope it will be improved.
