cannot upgrade to mailpoet 3

    Hi all,
    i have some problems upgrading to mailpoet 3.
    First of all, we had 3 installed, but it disapeared (together with the email list…). Now I want to re instal it, but is says the target folder already exists. I cannot find this plugin installed anywhere in our backoffice. Very frustrating.
    Does anyone have some experience, help or tips?

    Thanks for reaching out! I’ll be happy to help you.

    First of all, we had 3 installed, but it disapeared (together with the email list…).

    Even without the MailPoet plugin, your lists and subscribers should be stored on your website’s database. Hopefully, when you re-install and activate the MailPoet 3 plugins the data will still be there. ??

    When you get this message, you can re-install the plugin via FTP as per these instructions.
