• I have an “in-stock” license from WPBakery Visual Composer: https://kb.wpbakery.com/docs/licensing/in-stock-license-theme-integration/

I’ve integrated it to my theme using the recommended method as described here: https://kb.wpbakery.com/docs/theme-integration-technical/theme-integration-technical/

The theme has been deployed to about 30 different websites.

Yet, when I try to update the plugin in any of these 30 sites as recommended (“Appearance” -> “Install Plugins” -> “Update” (under this plugin)), I get the following message: “An error occurred while updating WPBakery Page Builder: License is activated on another domain”.

The license has been activated in my original Development Environment and I have no problems updating it there using the same method. I actually have various development sites in the same domain and they all update properly.

And if I deactivate it in my development environment, I cannot update it in the other sites because it is now complaining that it’s not been activated.

It seems to me that the “in-stock” license, which is supposedly “domain-agnostic” is still attaching itself to a specific domain.

    Any ideas?
