Cannot update widget header

    Hi,

    I want to update the widget header in the My Rewards Point Displayer widget.
    No matter what value I enter in the widget, he keeps displaying the old value on the website.
    I cleared all my cache so that is not the issue here. I think I have to change this text somewhere else but I can’t find where …

    Hello,

    Did you use the widget or did you use the shortcode ?

    I made the test with the widget just now and changing the text did change it on the front end.

    If you used the wr_show_points widget, make sure you’ve set the “title” option.

    The shortcode should look like [wr_show_points title=”The title you want”]

    Thanks for the quick reply.
    I am using the Myrewards Points Displayer widget and I can set a title and a header.
    If I change the text of the title, that works, but the header, I cannot change …

    I made the test with both (title and header) and both were updated properly.

    The problem came from WPML who had a translated string that was taking over the user input.

    The issue has been resolved.
