Cannot Update Ultimate Addons for WPBakery Page Builder

  • Hey,

    I got a mail to download the latest update. But whenever I try to upload this .zip file in WordPress, I get an error that the installation failed. (No valid plugin found). Do I have to deactivate and delete the old one first?

    Please obtain support directly from the author’s site at https://support.wpbakery.com/
    The volunteers here do not have access to the commercial code and support is often already included in the cost of the plugin / theme.
