cannot update to latest release

    I run UpdraftPlus premium on a lot of websites, they’re all stopped on 2.23.14.26 version: none of them seems to need an update and no alert is showing

  • I got this error when trying to update:
    “The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_MISSING_FILE (-4) : Missing archive file ‘/tmp/updraftplus.1.23.16.zip’ “

    Hi,

    Apologies for the late response.

    @katia_d you are already using the latest version.

    @gyanarthi please download a fresh copy of the plugin. Seems like you have a corrupted copy of the plugin.
