Cannot Update Site

    The site is no longer accepting updates. It says “Updating Failed. You Probably Offline”. I am not offline. what do I need to do?

    Hi there,

    You’re posting in the subforum for the Dara theme. Is there a particular reason why you believe this theme might be the cause of the issue? The simplest way to confirm is to temporarily switch your site to the default TwentyTwentyOne theme and see if the problem still occurs. If it does, then the problem is not the theme.

    In that case it might be better to post your question to the general forum instead. I suggest you also include your Site Health information when you do, so the folks there can more effectively help you troubleshoot this.
