Cannot Update Plugin

    If we try to update to version Version 1.1.4, we get the message “Update Failed: Download failed. Unauthorized”

  • Hi Vocla,

    Once, please deactivate the license and deactivate the plugin and again reactivate the plugin and re-enter the license and then check it.

    If still the same problem exists then please do let me know. And I will get back to you accordingly.

    Hi. The plugin was purchased and added by our web dvelopers, who’s details I do not have.

    I have re-purchased the plugin.

    But when I deactivate, there is no option to deactivate the license and then add the new license. I cannot find where to add the new license.

    Three weeks ago, we asked for help with this. We repurchased the license. We deactivated the plugin, but the option to input the license is not there. We have asked for help and seem to be being ignored.

    Can this please be resolved so that we can update the plugin or do we just have to do a chargeback on Paypal if we are not going to get any help or response?
