Cannot Update Plugin

    Are you referring to the MailPoet 3 Premium plugin?

    If the update is not being shown, you can try to force the update to show up by going to the WordPress Dashboard > Updates and click on the “Check again” button.

    If it doesn’t work, you can delete the old plugin from the Plugins page and install it again by going to the MailPoet’s Settings > Key Activation tab and clicking on the “Verify” button.

    You can also download the plugin from your MailPoet 3 account and manually upload it on the WordPress dashboard > Plugins page.
