Cannot Update Nexgen Gallery and Nimbus Simple Theme

  • Every time I try to update my wp theme and plugins I get this message.

    An error occurred while updating WP Simple: Download failed. Operation timed out after 300000 milliseconds with 1883928 out of 3811192 bytes received

    I talked to bluehost and could not find a solution. Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this?
