I have bought a premium plugin bundle. I understand that there is supposed to be premium support for this but the GiveWP site does not appear to do anything more than provide documentation. There is no link to actually log support pages ??

I have tested my Give plug ins on a localhost environment and uploaded these to the main site. However on the live site I cannot activate the premium plugins. They come with the green tick to show they are licensed, but no content where the password should go and no ability to enter one.

I have gone to the GiveWP site and manually entered the URL of the domain there but this has not activated the license keys on the site. I continue to get the “You have invalid or expired licence keys for one or more Give Add-ons. Please go to the licences page to correct this issue.”

    How can I correct this?

All our priority support for customers like yourself is done here:
    https://givewp.com/priority-support

If you check the boxes that indicate you’ve read through the docs then the support form should appear. Let me know if that’s not the case.

    Thanks!

We did have some reports of the checkboxes not working correctly, but that should be resolved now. Thanks!

    Thanks Matt

The check boxes weren’t there for me previously, but I do see them now. I have never needed the support before, so I wasn’t aware of what should or should not appear.
