    Hi there,

That sounds like a plugin conflict. I’d suggest using the Health Check plugin to troubleshoot that. It will allow you to deactivate all plugins and put your site on a default theme ONLY for yourself — your live visitors will not see that. We have a write-up on that here:
    https://givewp.com/documentation/resources/troubleshoot-wordpress-websites-health-check/

Then you can enable plugins one at a time and test again until you see the problem again. Then let me know which plugin caused the conflict and I can take a closer look at replicating the issue for you.

    Thanks!

Unfortunately, I have the same issue. I’ve disabled all the plugins except Give and the result is just the same. Health Check plugin doesn’t help. The behavior of Give alone is the same as with all other plugins activated – can’t save my changes to any form. My PHP is 7.2.

I’ve just fixed my problem. I’ve found that I don’t have at least 2-3 Give tables in my database. Also, give_formmeta was missing. I don’t know why they weren’t created during the installation/activation process.

I’ve deactivated the plugin. Deinstalled it completely. Manually deleted all the Give options into the wp_options table. Dropped all Give tables from the database and I’ve done a new install. Now it seems like everything is working fine.

It wasn’t a conflict with another plugin as all the active plugins are the same.

Thanks for the update @yovko – that’s strange the plugin did not create the appropriate tables the first time. We’ll keep an eye to see if anyone else reports this happening.

Maybe the problem is in the context of the upgrade/update DB process. Because I activated the Give plugin (just for a test) some time ago and deinstalled it. On the same website. So now, right after the new activation, there was a notification saying that the database should be updated. I confirmed but maybe because of the time between the two activations (several months) the script can’t do it’s work very well.

    Just a hint… I can’t be sure…
