    Hi krazygyal

Did you install any plugins between now and when Page Builder was last working for you? When something suddenly stops working, it can help “retracing your steps” by deactivating any plugins you’ve installed recently and seeing if that fixes the issue.

If that fails, you can always start a support thread. Page Builder is a work in progress, and it’s feedback from users like yourself that help me fix and improve it.

I tried to uninstall and reinstall Page builder, I deactivated the latest plugins I had installed after page builder already and it didn’t make it work either. I have seen someone else who had the same problem and apparently going back to WordPress 3.5.2 fixed the problem for one person and the other one didn’t get any reply.

I’m still in the process of sorting out that thread. Page Builder is a free plugin, so I do rely on the kind and patient feedback of users. These issues can take more than a few days to fix (especially over weekends). If you’d like to add your voice to that thread it might help me isolate what’s causing the issue. I am working on it.

Thank you for your honest feedback. Sorry Page Builder wasn’t right for you.

I ran the Safari debug console and noticed that some jquery.raty.min.js was “not found 404…” appeared when I opened pages created with page builder. So I downloaded it and created the directory where it was supposed to be then uploaded it, I stopped seeing the error but I still cannot update the layout nor the content of the page.

jquery.raty.min.js isn’t part of Page Builder itself. It’s a star rating jQuery plugin, so my guess is that’s coming from some sort of rating plugin.

If you create a temporary admin account for me I can log in and take a look at the issue (create it for [email protected]).

I’ve just created an account for you. Let me know if you find out what is the problem. Thanks a lot.

Which page have you used Page Builder on so I can take a look? I tried it out on a new page and it seems to be working. I was able to create and edit a new page.

At first glance I can see you’re using quite a few plugins, including another page builder plugin that seems to be part of your theme. It’s also labelled “Page Builder” – are you sure your issue is with my Page Builder?

With this many plugins running at once, there are bound to be some issues.

There’s a built in page builder in my theme hmmm but they said to download page builder in the documentation. The page that I cannot edit is called Jamworld876. I tried. Maybe it’s a problem with my browser but I tried in Chrome and it didn’t work either. Maybe it’s the built-in page builder that I was using that is not working. I’m confused now ahahah. Yes there are many plugins because at the beginning it’s a friend who set up the site and then I didn’t know which plugins is actually used or not on the website and if I should delete it or not.

    Thanks a lot.

Thank you very much I will edit my review on the plugin as I guess I might have rated the wrong one. I feel so stupid right now lol.

I just double checked. That page Jamworld876 was created using the page builder that came with your theme, not my plugin. Because your theme is a paid theme, the author should help you fix the issue.

Thanks krazygyal. I’d really appreciate it if you’d edit your review ??

Don’t worry, this was just a case of mistaken identity.

Once again thank you very much. I modified by review and I will delete your account if everything’s fine now.

Thanks very much for updating your review!

Yeah, you can delete the admin account for me. Feel free to stop on by the support forums if there’s ever anything else I can help you with.
