    Many of our products are not synced with our FB/IG catalog.
    In WP, we can see their “Facebook sync” status is set to “Do not sync”
    But we cannot change that.
    The bulk action in the list view does nothing.
    And on the product page itself, the “Facebook sync” dropdown says “Sync and show in catalog”
    But it doesn’t.

    Odd indeed. Does anything change when you set it to Do not Sync? https://d.pr/i/g7pRZ8

    Yes, you are correct.
    I tried your suggestion.
    On the product page, I changed the dropdown to “Do not sync”.
    It worked and I got a notice saying:

    You’re removing a product from Facebook sync that is currently listed in your Facebook catalog. Would you like to delete the product from the Facebook catalog as well?

    But it is not in the Facebook catalog.
    After switching it back to “Sync and show in catalog” – nothing.
    It still says “Do not sync” in list view and it is still not in the catalog.

    Where on Woocommerce can we confirm it is syncing to the proper catalog on Facebook?

    I found where it lists the catalog and it is the right one.

    What happens when you attempt changing the settings to Sync and show ? Is the status never changing after you save changes?

    Which version of the Facebook for WooCommerce extension are you using?

    Does creating a new test product set it directly to sync and show?

    Same problem here. Many of our products are not synced with our FB catalog.

    1. In WP/Products/All Products, we can see their “Facebook sync” status is set to “Do not sync”. But we cannot change that. The bulk action in the list view does nothing for these products.

    2. On the product page itself, the “Facebook sync” dropdown says “Sync and show in catalog”. But it doesn’t. We change it to “Do not sync” and save it -> then status shows “Do not sync”. We change it back to “Sync and show in catalog” and save it -> then it shows “Sync and show in catalog” in the product page, but in the Products/All Products list it still shows “Do not sync”.

    After all, it is not possible to change the “Facebook sync” status in Products/All Products, it always shows “Do not sync” for certain products. These products are not virtual or downloadable. And they all have stock quantity at the moment.

    Creating a new test product set it directly to “Sync and show” in Products/All Products.
