    Hello,

    Cannot update Click to Chat Pro, it shows message – Update failed: Download failed. Unauthorized. It was purchased more than 1 year ago, and is there an easy way to extend the subscription?

    And also a question – if I did not extend it, it’s functionality was the same, I just didn’t get new updates, right?

    The issue might be due to the license expired. We can renew the license from shop. Or we can purchase a new license from pricing page

    Even if the license is not renewed, the plugin will still work. The missing things are the new features/updates, support.
