Since the latest update it seems that our new variable products insist to keep the setting “Manage Stock” on for every variation.

The problem is with the variation-level setting, not the product-level one. I have tested with the default twenty fifteen theme and all plugins deactivated and the problem persisted.

Even with the checkbox “Manage Stock” off at the product level, it seems that the setting at the variation level still has an influence on the front-end, which is strange.
