Cannot uninstall Ultimate Member

Hello,

I am trying to uninstall Ultimate Member. I followed the instructions to use the uninstall option when activated. It just hangs on “Deleting…”. I then deactivated every single plugin one-by-one as instructed. Still hangs on “Deleting…”. I then reverted my theme back to the WordPress basic 2016. Still hangs.

Please help. This is costing me days of development time and I cannot move forward until this is resolved.
