Also, let me know what is the other option “Expose in applicant listing” as when we choose that there is no difference noticed,
kindly let me know what does that function do? I think this is also not working…

When you check the option of “Expose in applicant listing” for an input field then value of this field will be displayed in application listing i.e WordPress dashboard -> Job Board -> Applicants.
