Cannot type a space inside the summary field

  • When trying to type a “space” character in the summary field of this block, the space character is never input. Instead, the block toggles open or closed whenever a space is typed. This makes it very hard to make the button have a multiple-word heading.

    Wordpress really ought to have this construct available by default. They seem more concerned with embeds…

    I ran into this too. Pressing space activates the toggle.

    I would also like a proper solution to this, but I have found two workarounds.

    1. Use the code editor.

    2. Copy/paste the text you want in the summary.
