    I installed and tried to start with the free version but the API is not getting connected. I saw the the user question just before my question had the same problem ? Has there been any development in to the issue and how can I move forward from here so that I can use Nelio ?

    I read the entire discussion in the previous thread. So Do I also need to talk with my hosting provider or there is another solution to it ?

    Here is the screen recording of the issue- In my main install I am not receiving API fail message but its not connecting either.

    Taking cue from the last thread, I have connected with my Hosting Services and they are trying to connect it from their end.

    I will keep updating the matter in this thread as I get more inputs from my hosting provider.

    HI Again ,

    This is what the Server Guy Replied :

    We have checked the issue faced by you , and we see that the issue is faced sue to plugin compatibility with the server. From the plugin support forum link mentioned below we see that it works only if SNI is installed on the server. Currently we do not have SNI installed on the server. We request you to contact the plugin provider & find if alternative way is there .

    Is there any alternative way or the only way to use Nelio is to Change the Hosting.

    I am very much interested to use Nelio Content as I feel it will help us a lot in our cause.
