Cannot tell from which contactlist comes the mail received

    hello,
    I have a sign up form in 2 pages in my website and when I receive emails I cannot tell from what page they are coming from to respond with the appropriate gift I am ofering in the optin. Thank you for your help,

    Hello Sylvia,

    When you got a new signup, you should get a notification email with the exact page URL in the message body where the subscriber signed up.
