Cannot submit message

@davidcpt Can you let me know the steps to repeat this issue on default WordPress, so I can check it out and try to help asap. Either that or a URL where I can look at the form, check console, etc. Thank you

Thanks. I see the error that sac.php is not accessible. Usually this is due to file permissions on the server. Best advice is to ask your web host for help to make the file publicly accessible.

I reach out to my hosting provider, who said they made changes, but the chat function is still not working.

Nope the sac.php file still returning 403 error. You can verify this with your browser’s console:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 ()

Had the same problem, not sure if this relates.

Settings > Targeted Loading, I had a chat page url in there.
Removed the url and was able to post messages in my sidebar chat.

Ah, yeah I had forgotten about that. Definitely a smart thing to check. Thanks for sharing, @sounds.
