cannot sort the taxonomies

    Hi, we have created our own post type on a customer website. For the trout lake type, we can’t sort the taxonomies. For posts, projects, media, etc. it works.

    We have used the Custom Post Type UI plugin for the custom post types and also set custom taxonimies through it. However, these cannot be sorted with your plugin.

    Do you know what to do here?

    Hi,
    Can you make sure the hierarchical attribute for the custom post type is not active, as this is what the free Post Types Order plugin can sort?

    Hi Maya,
    thank you. I have enabled Hierarchical and now I can sort them.
