Cannot set weight for products (Basic Weight Shipping)

    Hi,

    I’m using Jigoshop eCommerce and the plugin “Basic Weight Shipping” is activated. I see the option in the shipping methods on jigoshop –> Settings –> Shipping.
    But when I want to configurate it there is no place where I can enter the values for Level1 weight etc. – only options are:

    “Basic Weight Shipping” (set to yes)
    “Method title”
    “Description”
    “Is taxable”
    “Handling fee”

    When I save, warnings appear: “Basic weight – Letter weight was invalid – value is left unchanged.”. And the same for Level1 to Level4.

    Please can you help? Where can I set the values??

  • Hi,
    Try updating the plugin (Jigoshop eCommerce) now – that might have been a bug present in the previous versions.
    If the problem persists, please let me know here ??
