    Hello,
I’m using PMP Pro latest version. Some of my users have memberships. These users’ membership can be changed in users page. But when I try to set new membership for the user without one it is not possible. It still shows them without membership. Any basic advice to troubleshoot this problem? I tried deactivating plugins, rollback of PMP Pro and reinstalling core. I’d like to avoid changing role via db. Thank you.

    Hi @jandrabek

Thank you for using Paid Memberships Pro.

To confirm the issue you are facing here, you are wanting to manually assign a level to a non-member via the edit profile page and it’s not changing?

Do you have multiple levels with the same name at all?

Any steps to recreate this issue may help me replicate the issue on my end.

    Hello,

I want to assign Membership Level to registered user via edit profile. I don’t want to change User Role, only change Membership Role.

I tried to change Level for user with multiple and single roles. Nothing works.

I discovered problem now. There is some conflict caused by AAM plugin and option to set multiple user roles.

Thanks for the feedback @jandrabek, I recommend reaching out to the AAM plugin support team to help investigate this further and see why this is interfering with your site’s functionality.

Can you tell me how to recreate this issue on my end?

    * Login to the WordPress dashboard, navigate to edit user (for a non-member)
    * Change their level from ‘none’ to a Paid Memberships Pro level.
    * Click save, and refresh the page.

Is this correct steps to replicate the issue? To confirm, once you’ve disabled the AAM plugin, it works as intended?
