cannot set up front page as free demo

  • I spent the whole night to customize the theme but cannot set up front page as free demo shows. I cannot find the documentation for free version. Really bad!

    Hi Alice,
    Sorry you are having this minor issue.
    If you could please be more specific as to what exactly you are trying to do we would love to assist you.

    The first thing is you have to do is setup a Home Page. This is a new requirement from WordPress that the Home page is created from a template. Can you please try to do the following:

    1. Create a new page and name it “Home Page”. While creating the Home Page under “Page Attribute” select “Template” -> Home Page and save.
    2. Go to WordPress Dashboard -> Settings -> Reading and set “Front page displays” to a “static page” -> select from the drop-down list “Home Page”
