Cannot set Ranks

    I installed Gamipress and Gamipress for LearnDash. I can create the ranks but I cannot set the order – the instructions say: If everything went well, a Ranks menu with the Levels sub menu should appear before the GamiPress menu.
    I do not get this menu. Things did not go well.

    I turned off all plugins except the Gamipress one and the Twenty-one theme, then cleared the Gamipress cache, but the menu did not appear.

    I would be more than happy to assist you today.

    It’s quite strange, I just did a test on my WordPress and it’s working perfectly.
    Do you have a plugin to create menus?
    It is possible that this is the cause of what is happening to you.
