    Hey,

I believe there is a bug with setting a ‘Page Link’ to ‘Hide in Nav Menu’.
The option doesn’t seem to save after being set. It always reverts back to the default setting of showing the page in the nav after refreshing the ‘Pages’ page.

I have tried this on a clean install of WordPress 5.1.1 using Nested Pages 3.0.7.

Can someone confirm whether or not this is a bug? Like I said I’m using a clean install of WordPress as well as a clients WordPress with the same issue.

    Steps to reproduce:
    1. Create a ‘Page Link’.
    2. Quick edit the page and check the ‘Hide in Nav Menu’ checkbox.
    3. Refresh the page after Nested Pages has saved. ‘Hide in Nav Menu’ checkbox will have reverted to being unchecked.

This issue should be resolved in the latest release, 3.0.9

    Me too…

    Nested Pages Version 3.0.11
    WordPress Version 4.9.10
    Suffusion Theme Version 4.4.9

To organize my site, I need to create “dummy” parent pages as folders for child pages. For example, Main Menu/Browsing Options:

    https://bazaar.typeheritage.com/main-menu/browsing-options/historical-period/pre-gutenberg/

I want to hide “Main Menu/Browsing Options” from the breadcrumb path—they confuse site visitors because they display no content.

An earlier version of Nested Pages featured a way to do this [as a link?] while hiding parts of the path. Does this trick still exist? If so, please teach me how to use it. If not, how can I do it with the current version?

Many thanks for your help, Anna

P.S. Thank you for this *super* plugin!!! Since the drag ‘n’ drop interface is a bit cumbersome with my config, it would be even better if parent/child relationships could be assigned/changed with the “Quick Edit” interface.

    Thanks again, Anna
