Cannot set global/generic block user message

  • Hi.
    love the plugin – but I cannot set a generic Block User Permanent message. Every time I enter Block Message (with no user selected) and click Block User – message disappears when I refresh. This seems very basic need as I don’t want to enter message for every time I block. Is there a way to do it?
