cannot seperate pictures and text with simple HTML

  • i have been using (markup)p (markup)/p create space between pictures and text.
    Since the 2.55 upgrade my text is jammed next to my pictures and I cannot center pictures. line breaks arent working either. I have tried different themes, still problems.

    Can anybody tell me what i am doing wrong?
