Cannot send when not logged in

  • Hi
    my website has no login for users
    When I try to send, the indicator stays spinning around.
    some weeks ago it worked well.
    when logged in as administrator it works.

    WP 5.2 with twenty fourteen theme
    Contact Form 7 Version 5.1.3
    Contact Form 7 Honeypot Version 1.14

    Thanks.
    It’s not a problem with another plugin.
    Meanwhile I tried with a twin installation and there it works.
    Must be a database problem, but no clue how to solve it.

    I tested your form – looks like a JavaScript conflict to me.

    The continually spinning arrow is a common sign of a JavaScript conflict & it often depends on logged in status.
