Cannot send test email

Hello
I have installed the WP Mail STMP plugin on a site using Google apps email service and it is working fine.
However when i installed it on another site using MS Exchange 365 and i tried to send a test email it wasn’t working at all, no matter what changes i have made to the settings. I keep typing my email address in the box and pressing ‘Send Test’ but i get no results at all (the settings page just reloads).
What could be causing the problem?
