cannot send sms from outbox

i have the pro pack and when i try to send test sms from outbox it show me the error “From must be 3 to 11 characters an can not contain only numbers”..in from column i have put the sender id ot the amdin number phine(i use the same sender id from the seetings which its ok because it shows me the balance and satus connected)..even when i try to send sms from the order it shows me the same error
