Cannot send session cookies

Hi,
First off just want to say your plugin looks awesome. It was exactly what I was looking for. I had some trouble after installing though, and I’m hoping you might be able to help.
I get the following errors:
Notice: Undefined index: replace in /home/totemwea/public_html/wp-content/plugins/facebook-comments-sync/fbcs-frontend.php on line 19
Warning: session_start(): Cannot send session cookie – headers already sent by (output started at /home/totemwea/public_html/wp-content/plugins/facebook-comments-sync/fbcs-frontend.php:19) in /home/totemwea/public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/masonry_entries.php on line 32
Doing a bit of googling turned up this thread, where a developer seems to have fixed a similar problem:
