Cannot send profile picture

    Hi,

    I’m facing an issue where I can’t send a profile picture. Option is activated in the settings, but when I click the cogwheel to access the profile edit page, then hover the profile picture the camera icon appears. But clicking on it sends me back to my profile page.

    Did I miss something ?

    Hi @sebbbl,

    This may be because of a plugin/theme conflict. Can you do a conflict test and see if the issue goes away? This doc explains how to do a conflict test if you are not sure: How to do a plugin/theme conflict test?

    It will be hard for me to do a conflict test. Maybe you could just tell me where I can comment this piece of code so the upload button would be visible ?

    Hi @sebbbl

    Does this issue occur with a default WP theme? It looks like a theme conflict. We don’t recommend that you make changes to the core as it will be overridden on updates. Also, when you make changes to that element, it will mess up with the photo uploader functionality.
