    I have added my website annalogy.cz into a plan and it has been now over two weeks I have got this message under my account:

    You’ll soon be able to send once our team reviews your account. A confirmation will be sent by email to you.

    I have no way to contact anyone to help me out except here, can you please advise

    Thanks for writing. Our team works hard to process manual approvals for all new subscriptions, and replies to them as soon as possible (within 12h). If you did not receive an answer from us, it’s either because we did not receive your request, or you did not get out reply.

    It looks like we actually sent a reply to you via email, but we didn’t get a reply back. Can you check your inbox for a message from our Approvals team?

    Hi,

    I am not sure what this means. I had activated another website under my profile with no issues but this just doesn’t work.

    I did not get any other email from MailPoet except that my mail address has been authorised which is from July.

    When I added my second website, I did exactly the same – I pasted activation key, installed premium and nothing happened since then. I can’t do anything in MailPoet account or in Worpress with it.

    I am not even able to delete annalogy.cz from my account in MailPoet to paste it and try itagain. It’s just stuck ?? can you have a look please?

    Hi Guys again,

    so I have received an email that Sending email with Mailpoet from Annalogy.cz now works on Tue, 11 Aug, 17:50. Based on that I have assumed that everything has been fixed.

    I have logged in and I still cannot send out any email, here is what happens in WordPress: You’ll soon be able to send once our team reviews your account. In the meantime, you can send previews to

    I have already received a confirmation email yet it does not work? I have not received any other email from MailPoet.

    I am getting frustrated, can you please help?
    Either remove Annalogy.cz from Mailpoet as I cannot do so or get it working?
