I have setup Mailpoet but im still getting the following message for a week now. I set it up using a gmail account initially but updated it will my business email address then verified it successfully.

    Key activation message

    Your key is valid
    MailPoet Sending Service is active
Note: your account is pending approval by MailPoet.
Rest assured, this only takes just a couple of hours. Until then, you can still send email previews to yourself. Any active automatic emails, like Welcome Emails, will be paused.

    Hi @dep-tech,

I can see our team contacted you on May 18th to let you know your subscription was still pending approval and what you’d have to do in order to proceed with the approval process.

Your subscription is still pending approval because your email list was collected using offline methods without further confirmation.

Lists collected offline without further confirmation tend to have more issues (e.g. mistakes in addresses, someone else’s address being supplied), and we want to ensure you have a smooth experience using MailPoet.

In this case, we need you to follow these instructions and reconfirm subscribers to your list: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/269-reconfirm-subscribers-to-your-list

After doing it, please contact us so we can review your pending subscription and proceed ??

    Thank you!

Then I answered the question incorrectly. This list has been collected online and confirmed. How can I move forward?

    Hi there @dep-tech,

Please contact us via https://www.mailpoet.com/support/premium/ and include a link to this thread.

We’ll be able to assist you further there.

    Cheers!

    Hi @dep-tech,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
