cannot send newsletter

    Hi,

    I have trouble sending the newsletter. It is not possible to send a sample newsletter, it just doesn’t react. No error message. Formerly it worked fine, nothing changed in the meantime.

    Please advise which versions of the plugin are currently installed on your site?

    Please go to ‘Newsletters’ -> ‘Settings’ -> ‘Email Settings’ and try send a test mail, and let me know if you get any errors when doing so?

    We have version 3.1. When I send a test mail, it just does not send. There are no error messages.

    Please advise what sending method is currently being used? If possible, please try changing to a different one such as SMTP or Gmail?
