Cannot send email after updating to version 5.1.6.

    Hello,

    We have two contact forms on our website. They both stopped working after upgrading to version 5.1.6. Every time we tested sending an email we get the “There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.” error message. No changes have been made to the forms in over a year.
