Cannot send cookie session

Could you please provide the following details:
– WP version
– PHP version
– list of plugins installed
– where do you see these Warnings, is it WP-Chatbot setup page?

I don’t mean to barge in on infolegal’s post but we are experiencing the same errors since updating Chatbot and WordPress and thought I could help upvote an investigation into what’s going on.

I’m able to log in to the admin side of my website but I can’t edit OR update my plugins anymore from the Installed Plugins page.

I also can’t get rid of Chatbot completely when I delete the plugin files from my cpanel. I have cleared my site cache as well to see if that was impacting it but I still have the errors from Chatbot on my plugin page.

We have:

Where do you see these warnings, is it WP-Chatbot setup page?:
– I am seeing the exact warnings that infolegal listed in the original post on my Plugins/Installed Plugins page
– The WP-Chatbot settings page had a “Connect Facebook Account” button that won’t reconnect but just errors out.

Please look into this and let us know if there is anything we need to do to fix our pages to get Facebook Chat back on our websites. – Thank you!

I would like to also add that since the update I have the same problem. It’s affecting me being able install new plug ins so a quick fix would be appreciated.

This is my error that comes up.

It’s on the main dashboard and on the plugin page.

Hi so my problem is i’m unable to delete, update or deactivate any plugins a the moment every time I try anything it comes up with error at the top or takes to a new page with this error.

You should have access to your cpanel. From there you need to find folder Plugins and find WP-Chatbot. Rename the folder by putting _ at the beginning e.g. _WP-Chatbot.
It this case plugin should be deactivated
Let me know if that worked

So I’ve managed to uninstall and reinstall the plugin but still have the same message coming up, its not affecting my other plugins now.

By error do you mean “Error: Not authenticated” or Warnings session_start()?
For “Not authenticated”, please try to login and connect the page and then Refresh Page Token in https://app.mobilemonkey.com/ -> Settings -> Maintenance -> hit button “refresh Connection with Facebook”

Tried that and still not working. It also come up everytime I click add plugins.

not sure what worked but I logged in this morning and its all fixed thanks for your help.
