    Hello,

I am with Bluehost on a shared hosting.

I check the compatibility test, and it showed that:
    Opcode cache: PHP6 (Green)
    Memcached extension: Not available
    Memcache extension: Not available
    Redis extension: Not available

But under Opcode Cache, it says Not Available

    Hello @assadniang

Thank you for reaching out and I am happy to assist you with this.
W3 Total Cache checks for PHP module so please check with your host if the module is installed (potentially you need to restart your server).
Also check the php.ini if opcode cache is enabled.
It’s a read-only dropdown showing actual opcode cache settings. Only sys admin can change it.
    I hope this helps.
    Thanks!
