Cannot select multiple categories when posting a job from buddypress profile

I am using this plugin with oceanWP theme.

Only problem is that when I try to post a job from the Buddypress user profile, the post-a-job form only lets you select one category, even though I have enabled multi-category select in the WP job manager settings. From the profile page it looks like this:

If I try to post a job using the default post-a-job page I can select mutiple categories: https://prntscr.com/pr7g3i

Was just wondering if this was a css issue which has a solution?
