Cannot select Facebook Page

  • We are running 4.5.3 and 2.11 of the plugin.

    We add the APP ID and Secret. When we press the login with facebook button facebook opens up (with a submit for review warning), we press okay. Facebook asks for permission to see pages managed. We press okay. We return back to the plugin page and nothing has changed. Clicking login with facebook again just reloads the plugin page. No page selection option.

    We tried different facebook users and have also created a new app, no luck.

    Any suggestions?
